Practicing Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy since 2019. Studied BCST with Gary Peterson in San Rafael, California. Area of speciality ~ Nervous System Regulation and Trauma resolution. What is Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy? A light hands on modality that brings the Central Nervous system into a state of profound calm or stillness. It is in this stillness that reorganization and resolve take place in the body and held stress and trauma are released. Why Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy? Medical research estimates that up to 90% of disease and illness are stress related.
After 8 years of chronic back, neck and shoulder pain and nothing was working to ease my physical and emotional pain. Not one doctor asked me if my lifestyle or my relationships were supporting a healthy and calm nervous system. The answer would have been no. I was living a very full and fun, but fast paced Bay Area life. It was in North Berkeley that I finally turned to Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and there I began my own healing journey. Addressing my pain and discomfort through the nervous system was a game changer. I now enjoy life in a pain free body and I have more energy. My mind is more focused and clear and I sleep better. I am in a state of calm more often than fight or flight and I enjoy a deeper state of peace and contentment throughout my day.

If you haven't had a chance to experience a Craniosacral treatment, I highly recommend booking an appointment with this amazing healer. From the first five minutes I felt like I was in a perfectly relaxed dream state and I left the session walking on air.
